POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
Za testo je potrebno:
• 400 ml vode
• 650-700 g brašna
• 70 g posnog margarina ili 70 ml ulja
• 3 kašike šećera
• 1 prstohvat soli
• 1 kesica(8g) suvog ili 30 g svežeg kvasca
• 1 izrendana korica limuna
Za punjenje je potrebno:
• Posni krem
• Džem od kajsija ili po vašem izboru
Peći na 200°C (390°F) 25-30 minuta
Posuti prah šećerom

• A pinch of salt
• 1 packet (8 g) dry yeast or 30 g fresh yeast
• Grated zest of 1 lemon
For the filling:
• Dairy-free chocolate cream
• Apricot jam (or any jam of your choice)
Baking:
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
