Welcome to workout 1 of the Strength Redefined series! This six-week series combines our three signature class types for a total-body transformation. You will build strength, endurance, power, mobility and balance.
Class types include:
Strength & Sculpt: low-impact functional exercises to build strength, mobility, and stability
Sculpt & Burn: combines strength exercises with cardio pushes to improve power, agility, bone density, and overall cardiovascular health
Progressive Weight Training: add heavy weights to build muscle, improve your metabolism, and enhance overall health and longevity
