这期和大家分享我在四川吃到的这个凉拌黄瓜 回到来念念不忘的其中一道菜 实在是太想吃了只好自己动手 希望大家会喜欢

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Japanese Cucumber 🥒 2pcs ~500g, wash the outer skin with salt and rinse.
2. Red chilli padi 1pc, diced
3. Green chili padi 3pcs, diced
4. Garlic 3 cloves, minced
5. Peppercorn, little
6. Lemon juice
7. Coriander, chopped
Seasoning
1. 2/3tsp salt (marinate cucumber)
2. Salt little
3. Sugar little
4. White sesame seeds
Method
1. Use the big knife and smash the cucumber, then cut smaller. Add salt and marinate it till you see some water. Then transfer to a siever to drain away the water. Set aside
2. To prepare the sauce, mix ingredients 2-5 in a bowl. Add in seasoning 2&3 and mix well. Then add in white sesame seeds and mix well.
3. Heat wok then add in oil. Once oil is heated, drizzle onto the garlic chilli mixture (step2) and mix well. Squeeze some lemon juice and mix
4. Transfer the cucumber into a container. Add in chopped coriander and the sauce (step3). Mix evenly
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
