Meditative 60 minute Silent Yoga Practice 🤫 No Cues, No Talking | Bell Sound Cues & Low Drone AUM

In this meditative 60 minute silent yoga practice, we will be guided by none other than the sound of a bell to change poses or switch sides. This is not a flow class. Postures will be held for approximately 1 minute each. There is no pose linking, meaning each pose is completed on each side before moving into another pose. You can follow along by listening for the bell, and mimicking the postures on the screen. Pose names will also appear on the screen at the beginning of each change. The first bell, before meditation pose, as well as the bell to signal Savasana and 3 after Savasana are higher pitched bells. The rest of the bells are a lower pitch. This type of practice is not for beginners, as there is no guided instruction on alignment. Enjoy!
