Specially designed for producing long baguettes without damaging the dough, as well as for cutting into small rolls, the FlexiLine 1.8 achieves high production rates:
1,800 baguettes/hour
6,000 small rolls/hour
To ensure perfect consistency without stressing the dough, lengthening is carried out in three stages, with rest and relaxation periods between each moulding phase.
The automatic tray depositing system eliminates any manual handling, boosting productivity and ensuring consistent quality.
An exclusive roll-spacing system before depositing prevents any contact between rolls during proofing.
The result: baguettes and rolls shaped with care, in full respect of traditional methods.
