Today, I am presenting famous Nepali achar, that is Gundruk ra bhatmas ko achar. Gundruk ! It is made of mustard leaf with fermentation process. It taste little bit sour and usually it used in nepali cusine. Specially, gundruk is used as easy and fast cooked vegetable in the hilly area of Nepal. We can make many types of pickle (achar) from gundruk. So, today I am sharing as one of them. I hope you will like my effort.

Ingredients
Gundruk 1 large bowl
Bhatmas, soyabean 1 small cup
Ginger 2 pcs cruahed
Garlic 1 poti (approx.12 kali)
sesame powder 2 teaspoonful
Cumin 1 teaspoonful
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoonful
Timur 1/2 teaspoonful
Mustard oil 1 large spoon
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoonful
Salt to taste
