Summary :-

They showed the evidence to everyone, causing his family's business to suffer a huge loss. With help from shareholders, Alex executed the vote of no confidence and kicked his dad out of power and took control.
Finally, Alex cut off ties with his dad and step-family, reclaiming what his mom had worked so hard for.
