I just received this in the mail and wanted to share it online as I unbox it.
This is the final design by the Galen Leather founder Zeynep from Turkey. It is based on a vintage Swiss Army medical tool bag. I bought it as a splurge in Crazy Horse Brown. It is a really well made item and I am very excited to get out in to the field and bang this thing up. The leather feels tough and heavy and the finish is going to weather nicely. The leather has no unpleasant smell or tactile feel as some inexpensive leather goods can have. This is a nice, high quality item with solid stitching and tough build quality.
I enjoy watercolor and sketching and this bag, though small, will carry most everything I need for a nice day in the summer sun.
