Qualifying for ENGLAND MASTERS // Chester 10K How did i get here? / PART 1 of 3

Qualifying for England Masters at 10K distance for the first time was an epic achievement. But how did i get here?

In this video, as a prelude to the race day VLOG and FULL RACE video filmed on my GoPro, i thought i would take you back when i decided to take on this challenge and the many hurdles i had to overcome to get here.

From when i set my mind to qualify, despite missing out at Telford 10k, i was determined to qualify and was not going to let anything hold me back....not even a bug/virus!
