Ingredients:
this works perfectly with a 3 quart jar
*this was roughly 2.5 pounds of cucumbers,12 or 13 small sized cucumbers, or roughly 4 or 5 large cucumbers. *
2 cups white vinegar
3 cups hot water
4 tbs salt (you can always add 5 if you want them very salty or 3 if you want less salt)
**some people add oil to dilute the vinegar, add it when the water is room temperature 3 tbs)
*I used about 8 cloves of garlic (1 small head) but add as much as you like!
roughly 5 baby carrots
a handful of parsley (the more the better!)
* add whatever else in the mix! this is just a basic recipe!*
