This video was actually filmed a few weeks ago, but I have been so busy (and ill!) that I am only uploading it now!
This week I focused on some new exercises for the V-Sit. It's a really good idea to introduce new, more challenging exercises into your workout routine to shock the muscles into growing and getting stronger.
In this week's episode of Road to V-Sit, I really wanted to talk about the mind muscle connection because it is perhaps THE most important concept to know about if you want to make progress with your calisthenics training and physique.
Not only will the mind muscle connection help you build muscle, but it will also help you avoid injury and allow you to learn calisthenics skills quicker.
