Ingredients:
500 gr cured beef
2 chopped onions
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon aniseed
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 Scotch bonet
2 spring onions/scallions
2 teaspoons Curry powder
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon whiteboard pepper
1 reasons garlic powder
Salt to taste
8 cups jasmine rice
About 1 cup of beef stock (or as needed)
