INGREDIENTS - BEEF PREPARATION:
3 Lbs boneless beef shank
1 large red onion chopped
1 tsp garlic paste / 4 cloves minced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 habanero chili
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
1 bay leaf

INGREDIENTS -JOLLOF PREPARATION:

6 cups jasmine rice washed
2 tomatoes
3 red bell peppers roasted
2 large red onions chopped
1/2 tbsp ghee or butter or cold pressed coconut oil (optional)
Broth from beef
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp herb blend (equal parts rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano)
3-4 cups beef broth (substitute with water)
Oil for browning beef ( 1 cup avocado oil)
salt to taste
