Choco - Cheese Kuglof 🤎
Biskvit:
120 g maslaca
110 ml ulja
300 g šećera (pola smedji pola bijeli)
1 vanilin šećer
1 mala žl arome vanilin
3 jaja
240 g mlaćenice (1 tekući jogurt +mlijeko)
280 g glatkog brašna
90 g kakaa
1 prašak za pecivo 12 g
1 mala žličica sode bikarbone
1 mala žličica soli
miksati pjenasto maslac, šećere, ulje… dodati jedno po jedno jaje, prosijane suhe sastojke (kakao i brašno, prašak i sodu) te naizmjence dodavati i mlaćinicu. Umiksati glatku gustu smjesu za biskvit.
Namastiti kalup za kuglof fi-25 cm. Maslacem, po potrebi posuti i brašnom.
Krema:
350 g krem sira (kombinacija abc i mascarpone, može bilo koji po vašem izboru)
50 g šećera
1 jaje
1 žl vanil ekstrakta
2 velike žl nutelle
umiksati sastojke za nadjev i staviti ih u poping vrećicu.
kalup za kuglof do pola napuniti smjesom za biskvit - malo spatulom podići rubove da krema ne curi - potom piping vrećicom dodati kremu, i završiti drugom polovinom biskvitne smjese.
Peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 180* - bez ventilatora - 60 min.
Ohladjeno preliti ganacheom:
150 g čokolade
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
otopiti na pari, preliti kuglof… i uživati u sočnom, bogatom čokoladnom okusu ☺️🤎

Chocolate - Kuglof with cheese
Biscuit:
120 g of butter
110 ml of oil
300 g of sugar (half brown, half white)
1 vanilla sugar
1 small teaspoon of vanillin aroma
3 eggs
240 g buttermilk (1 liquid yogurt + milk)
280 g of plain flour
90 g of cocoa
1 baking powder 12 g
1 small teaspoon of baking soda
1 small teaspoon of salt -
mix foamed butter, sugars, oil... add one egg at a time, sifted dry ingredients (cocoa and flour, powder and soda) and alternately add buttermilk. Mix a smooth thick biscuit mixture.
Grease a 25 cm Kuglof mold.
Sprinkle with butter and flour if necessary.
Cream:
350 g of cream cheese (a combination of abc and mascarpone, it can be any of your choice)
50 g of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 large spoons of nutella
mix the ingredients for the filling and put them in a piping bag. -
half fill the kuglof mold with biscuit mixture - use a small spatula to raise the edges so that the cream does not leak -
then add the cream with a piping bag, and finish with the other half of the biscuit mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180* - without fan - 60 min.
Pour over the cooled ganache:
150 g of chocolate
150 ml of whipping cream -
melt in steam, pour over the kuglof... and enjoy the juicy, rich chocolate taste ☺️ .
