Banana - Cheesecake
Podloga:
350 g mljevenog keksa
150 g otopljenog maslaca
1 žl meda
izmješati sastojke i utisnuti na dno i stranice kalupa fi - 23 cm.
Zapeći kratko na 170* -10 min.
Krema od sira:
700 g krem sira (ja sam miješala mascarpone, abc i philadelphiu)
200 g šećera
50 g kiselog vrhnja
3 žl banana ekstrakta
2 zgnječene fino pasirane banane
2 žl brašna
1 žl gustina
3 jaja
miksati kremasto sir, šećer, dodati vrhnje, ekstrakt, banane, brašno, gustin i polagano jedno po jedno jaje. Finu i glatko izmiksanu smjesu izliti na ohladjenu koru. Ubaciti u zagrijanu rernu na 160* - na dno rerne staviti tepsiju sa vodom kako biste osigurali vlagu dok se cheese peče. Peći sat i pol. Zatim ugasiti pećnicu i ostaviti u zatvorenoj pećnici još pola sata. Nakon toga malo odškrinuti pećnicu i ostaviti tako još pola sata. Tek tada izvaditi kolač i ostaviti da se hladi na sobnoj temperaturi.
Bavarska krema:
1 vr želatine
50 ml hladnog mlijeka
3 žumanjka
150 ml vrhnja za šlag
2 vanilin šećera
2 žl šećera
1/2 žl banana ekstrakta
+
160 ml vrhnja za šlag
izmješati želatinu i mlijeko i ostaviti da nabubri.
zakuhati 150 ml vrhnja, aromu, šećere i žumanjke. Miješati da se fino zgusne. Dodati u vruće nabubrenu želatinu - ohladiti.
U hladno pomiješati izmiksanih 160 ml vrhnja. Premazati tortu i ostaviti preko noći u frižider.
Dekorirati po želji šlagom i kolutićima banane namočene u limunov sok.
Moj savjet bi bio da smanjite količinu arome. Recept je sa pinteresta a naše arome su intenzivne i k tome obojane - nema potrebe da se dodaje ova količine jer potpuno dominira okus banane. Ne bih dodala više od pola žl u svaku kremu. Također možete se poigrati tako da dodate krem bananice ukoliko tortu radite za dječje rodjendane.

Banana - Cheesecake
Base:
350 g of ground biscuit
150 g of melted butter
1 tbsp of honey -
mix the ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of the mold fi - 23 cm.
Bake for a short time at 170* - 10 min.
Cream cheese:
700 g cream cheese (I mixed mascarpone, abc and Philadelphia)
200 g of sugar
50 g of sour cream
3 tbsp of banana extract
2 mashed finely mashed bananas
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tsp starch
3 eggs -
mix cream cheese, sugar, add cream, extract, bananas, flour, thickener and slowly one egg at a time. Pour the fine and smooth mixture onto the cooled crust.
Put in the oven heated to 160* - put a pan with water on the bottom of the oven to ensure moisture while the cheese is baking.
Bake for an hour and a half.
Then turn off the oven and leave it in the closed oven for another half hour.
After that, open the oven a little and leave it like that for another half hour.
Only then remove the cake and let it cool at room temperature.
Bavarian cream:
1 tablespoon of gelatin
50 ml of cold milk
3 egg yolks
150 ml of whipping cream
2 vanilla sugar
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp banana extract
160 ml of whipping cream
mix gelatin and milk and let it swell.
boil 150 ml of cream, flavoring, sugars and egg yolks.
Stir until it thickens nicely.
Add to hot swollen gelatin - cool.
Mix in cold mixed 160 ml of cream.
Cover the cake and leave it overnight in the fridge. Decorate as desired with whipped cream and banana rings soaked in lemon juice.
My advice would be to reduce the amount of flavoring.
The recipe is from pinterest and our aromas are intense and colored - there is no need to add these amounts because the banana flavor completely dominates. I would not add more than half a teaspoon to each cream.
