RECIPE:
3-Ingredient Spice Cake
Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 eggs
Cream Cheese Frosting (optional)
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.) Line a 9x9" pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
3.) In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and pumpkin puree. Add the cake mix and stir until fully combined.
4.) Transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5.) Allow to cool completely before frosting. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for an hour or two before cutting.
