Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside! These mini New York–style cookies are quick to make, perfectly portioned, and loaded with chocolate chips. A simple recipe that’s ideal for baking at home or for bite-sized treats. Perfect with coffee or milk

Ingredients
• 🧈 Butter (softened): 115 g
• 🍯 Brown sugar: 30 g
• 🍚 White sugar: 50 g
• 🧂 Salt: 1/8 tsp
• 🌼 Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
• 🥚 Egg: 1
• 🧪 Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
• 🌾 Flour: 170 g
• 🍫 Chocolate chips: 50 g

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
2. Beat with a mixer along with the vanilla extract until the mixture becomes creamy and voluminous.
3. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add them to the mixture.
4. Mix with a spatula until just combined.
5. Add the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
6. Transfer the dough into a piping bag and pipe 5 g portions onto a baking sheet.
7. Bake in a 160°C oven for 7–9 min.
