Touhou 2 SoEW - Lunatic No Miss No Bomb 1cc (LNN, Reimu A)

i started learning this game about a month from now, shortly after i got ms yuuka lnn
i took a ~2 week break in between though, due to me not being able to figure out how mima phase openers work (that was when i finished ddc marisaB lnn)

difficulty wise, initially i saw talk that this was potentially one of the easiest lnns (ie easier than ms/wbawc etc, i don't think gfw was taken into consideration). after doing this though i don't think that is the case anymore. at least when i compare with ms it feels obvious that soew is harder, with marisa having less consistency potential than yumeko and mima final being way stupider than anything shinki throws at you. ultimately it may be closer to mof/pcb lnn(n) but maybe that is a stretch. but in any case i wouldn't put this on the same tier as ms/wbawc - at the very least i'd say it is a bit harder than that

in the end i got 3 1m runs - two of them to marisa and one to mima final. in terms of mima final failures in general, the ones i had were the 3m to mima final shortly after the beginning of this grind, and the 1m mentioned above

marisa mostly played nice, except for a certain point where she used the fast pellet attack while low/in the middle horizontally. otherwise though it was pretty good rng imo
mima final was so easy this time lol - gaps were so big in the spam phase

anyway overall this is quite a jank game with a lot of problems, but it's certainly an interesting game imo, so i did have some fun with this despite the issues



so uh i was going to write a description explaining strats/how bosses work but it seems that there is simply not enough room to write everything i want to say, even when i only include explanations for marisa and mima. i'm not really sure what to do now
maybe in the future if there is interest i'll just put some text in the comments or maybe subtitles but for now i'll just leave it at this
