100th Video & A Trip To NYC

100th video!!!! It's time to celebrate!!!! Thanks to all of you who have joined me in this adventure. I couldn’t do it without you. This week’s video is a little different. We recently had the privilege of meeting family in New York City for a few days. We visited several sites, and had an opportunity to enjoy “Cinnamon Snail”, one of my favorite vegan lunch spots. So, no cooking this week, let’s go traveling instead. I’ll be back next week with another recipe.
