Recently, I had the privilege of a visit from my good friends from West Virginia, and they graciously shared their family’s favorite (plant-based) cheese recipe. It is quick and easy, with a cheese-sauce like texture, and an amazing taste. This is indeed an all-purpose cheese, and can be used in so many different and creative ways. Today the Batista family shows us how to make nachos, but they also share ideas of other ways to use this cheese. We had a lot of fun filming this video, hope you enjoy it!
