Hi! Guys welcome to Juliet's Wok. Today we're back in another recipe episode. I'm goin to show you how i cook my Kiampong style rice the easy way. This heartily flavored rice is the chinese paella version. Also known as Salted rice In chinese tradition Kiampong dish is served on special occasions. INGREDIENTS
2pcs. Dried mushrooms (slice into strips)
1/2c. Onion (finely chopped)
80g. Pork strips
3Tbs. Boiled nuts in can
3-4Tbs. Sauce/juice of boiled nuts in can
4 1/2Tbs. Light soysauce
1Tbs. Dried shrimp (Hebi)
2c. White rice + 1c. Glutinous rice
4 1/4c. Water
1/2tsp. Sesame oil
a Few sprigs of Coriander / Cilantro
Ground black pepper for seasoning
