Finally Got the Nec Pc-6001MkII version of Bomber Man/ボンバーマン to be played and I would like to Give Special Thanks to HighRetroGameLord for helping me out.
Ok I figured out and you're not gonna believe how to load the game:
1. Make sure you're Using the Pc-6601 version and see the number 30255
2. Mode 5, File 1, Page 1
3. Type in bload"baku.bin", &HA100 (only works on Pc-66)
4. After that Type in EXEC &HEB88 and after that you're in on the Action
