Do these 3 exercises for crazy results!
At first when the Tom Merrick (aka bodyweight warrior) told me to do these exercises I though they were BS.
Some months later I can tell they really work....
Here you go:
1) Pike Pushup Plus 0:07 : thanks to the pike pushup plus today I can do free handstand pushups and bent arm presses
2) Zottman Curl 1:30 : do these for increase pulling strength. This exercise will help you target your Brachialis which is weak in most people (as they normally pull while supinating forearms which places more emphasis on the biceps)
3) Tuck Handstand 1:57 : if you need more overhead mobility or strength and stability in shoulders / traps this exercise will do the trick for you
