Soft Maple Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies 🍁🍪

Using PC Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal (43 g)
Ingredients:
¾ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
¼ cup softened salted butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 packet (43 g) PC Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
1–2 tbsp milk (only if needed for soft dough)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar using a wooden spoon or whisk.
Add peanut butter and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
Add the dry mixture into the peanut butter mixture and mix until combined.
Add the instant oatmeal packet and mix well.
If the dough feels dry, add 1–2 tbsp milk until it becomes a soft dough.
Roll small balls of dough and flatten slightly with a fork to make the crisscross pattern.
Preheat oven:
Regular oven: 350°F (180°C)
Convection oven: 325°F (160°C)
Bake for 10–12 minutes (regular oven) or 9–11 minutes (convection), until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
