1.5 tsp ground turmeric

2 tomatoes or 1 can canned in their own juice
3/4 cup (140 g) red lentils
200 g of thawed sea cocktail
2 liters of broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime or lemon juice to taste
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
