白酱意面你爱吧？学会这个你就会更爱，因为太太太简单了！！只需要微波炉、马克杯、碗和食材！材料都是家里随手可得的，下面还附加了温馨小贴士可以自由的换你爱的pasta和配料~ 这回真的可以凭着一个微波炉当上主厨啦👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

You love carbonara? Learn this then you will not get it out off your life cause' it's SOOOOO SIMPLE! All you need is a microwave, mug, bowl and some ingredients! The ingredients are those easily found in your home, and you can customise by using pasta and ingredients of your favourite (scroll down for Tips)~ This time! A microwave can turn you into a chef 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Ingredients 材料
1tbsp Sausage 香肠
1tsp Olive oil 橄榄油
1tsp Garlic (chopped) 蒜末
1tsp Butter 牛油
1/8tsp Corn flour 玉米淀粉
1tbsp Milk 牛奶
2tbsp Cheese 芝士
1/8tsp Italian herbs 意大利香料
Salt 盐
Pepper 胡椒

60g Spaghetti 意大利面
Water 水

❤温馨小贴士❤
❣ 香肠可以换成你喜欢的配料，如：培根、火腿、午餐肉、……
❣ 如果不喜欢蒜末可以换成小葱头，会有不一样的风味
❣ 喜欢多汁的话可以多加牛奶，大概3汤匙都👌
❣ 影片利用的芝士是家里随手可得的芝士片，你可以换高级的
❣ 意大利香料可以选择你爱的，影片里用的是牛至（oregano）
❣ 意大利面可以选择你喜欢的种类，煮得熟得就可以了🤭
🚨记得微波的时间要根据你的微波炉的瓦特做出调整哦~

❤Tips❤
❣ You can change sausage to your favourite ingredients, s.a.: bacon, ham, pancetta, etc.
❣ Not a garlic lover? Replace it with scallion, you'll get a different fragrance
❣ "More sauce please!" Add extra milk, around 3 tablespoons is 👌
❣ I used cheddar cheese slice which is always available in your fridge, you can change it to premium cheese
❣ Use your favourite Italian herbs, I used oregano~
❣ You can substitute with any kind of pasta, as long as it can be cooked 🤭
🚨 Remember to adjust the cooking time according to your microwave watt~
