Day 28 of our Evening Yoga Immersion invites you to settle into 10 minutes of seated movement with the Brisbane River as your backdrop. This gentle practice embraces side bends, soothing twists, forward folds and heart-opening backbends to soften tension through your hips, neck, shoulders and chest.
Let this space be your pause at the end of the day — a chance to breathe, release and melt into evening ease. Each shape is an invitation to ground, to reconnect, to feel better in your body and prepare yourself for deeper rest.
