I’m tasting a truly special find: the Otah Siew Mai. Wait, is that fish, chicken, or pork? You’ll have to watch to see my honest, shocked reaction to the juicy filling and amazing burst of fresh shrimp sweetness! This dish is incredibly unique, but was it worth the hype?

I also try the classic Chive Siew Mai—it delivered that explosive chive flavor we all crave! But did the pork ribs with black bean sauce live up to Singapore's high standards? I'll share why I was slightly disappointed and think one key ingredient sadly missed the mark.
