Hey everyone, Alloy here! I checked out the newly opened Bukit Batok West Hawker Centre and found some amazing new eats.

I uncovered two must-try fried treasures:

The Fluffy Sweet Potato Youtiao: Crispy, sweet, and stuffed with sweet potato filling that just bursts in your mouth! It's so light—definitely a perfect snack!

The Fragrant Yam Stick: Generous, soft, and seriously addictive.

However, the main noodle dish I tried had a major hiccup: the noodles were a little overcooked, and the sauce was too much, making it a bit too salty and mushy. 😬

Overall, the fried snacks are a must-try, but the noodles might be a gamble—you'll need some luck!
