This guided IFS meditation supports you in connecting with your Self Energy. In this practice, we use a simple image to understand our internal experience.
The sky represents your core Self.
The clouds represent the thoughts and feelings that move through you.
The sun represents your steady inner clarity that is always there, even when it does not feel visible.
You will not try to change or control anything during this meditation. You will simply notice what is present with patience and curiosity. Many people find that this approach helps create a bit more space from stressful thoughts or emotions and allows the nervous system to settle.
This meditation may help you feel more grounded, understand your internal experience more clearly, and return to a calmer state. Your Self Energy is not something you need to create. It is something you reconnect with.
You can take this at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way for it to go. You can revisit this practice whenever you notice overwhelm or tension. Each time may feel different, and that is okay.
