🥣 Ingredients – Stuffed Tomatoes in Creamy Gravy
🍅 Tomatoes
Small to medium-sized ripe red tomatoes (for stuffing)
Salt – for sprinkling inside tomatoes

🥔 For the Stuffing
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
Green chilies – 1–2 (as per taste)
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Cashew nuts – 6–7, finely chopped
(Alternative: roasted peanuts)
Boiled potatoes – 2 large, grated
Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – 200 grams, grated
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander leaves – finely chopped

🍛 For the Gravy
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Onions – 2 medium, roughly chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
(or finely chopped ginger & garlic)
Green chilies – 2–3
Coriander stems
Cashew nuts – 6–7
Tomato pulp (scooped from tomatoes)
Salt – to taste
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Red chili powder – as per taste
Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) – 1 teaspoon, roasted & crushed
Water – about 1 cup (adjust for gravy consistency)
Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Rogan / extra butter – for garnish (optional)
