Hi Everyone!
Today we will be demonstrating how to make a very delicious carrot bundt cake. So easy to make & extremely delicious!
Cake Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2-1/2 cups shredded carrots
4 eggs
Icing:
1/4 cup softened cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup softened butter at room temperature (I used salted)
1 cup + 3 tablespoons icing sugar or powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-6 tablespoons milk
1/4 chopped toasted pecans
