Hi and welcome to my channel! My name is Heidi. 12 months ago I started a weight loss journey with the assistance of a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG). I have lost 229.5lbs or 104.1kg so far, and I'm definitely not finished losing. I wanted to share a video of what my body looks like after literally halving my weight, in the hopes to encourage (not discourage) others who are facing a similar weight loss journey!
