材料 :
□ 皮 :糯米粉 75 g
太白粉( 馬鈴薯澱粉 ) 30 g
牛奶 160 g
煉乳 20 g
奶油 3大匙
熟粉/手粉 適量
□ 餡 : (無調味)去皮花生 100 g
自製麵茶 2~3大匙
太白粉 (馬鈴薯澱粉)製做的麻糬,
建議 2天內品嚐完畢,是最美味的哦!
( 3天內還是軟,
但口感上,還是2天內更好吃喔~)

Ingredients:
□ Skin: 75 g glutinous rice flour
30 g potato starch
160 g milk
20 g condensed milk
3 tablespoons butter
appropriate amount of cooked flour/hand-made flour
