糯米粉 150 g
純地瓜粉 60 g
清水 300 g
黑糖 ( 粉狀 )35 g( 或更多 )
油脂 3 匙
黑豆粉 適量
■ 奶油地瓜餡 :
帶皮地瓜 500 g
有鹽奶油 60 g
( 糖 可依照喜好添加 )
餡料冰過再包,會更好包哦!

Glutinous rice flour 150 g
Pure sweet potato powder 60 g
Water 300 g
Brown sugar (powdered) 35 g (or more)
