Smoked Pepper Crusted Bison Burger On The Weber Kettle

It was time to cook something that didn't gobble after many great Thanksgiving dishes, so I decided to smoke some Bison Burgers and finish them in the Cast Iron pan on the Weber Kettle using the Vortex. Some brown sugar bacon to top it all off after toasting a bun with horseradish butter made for the perfect burger.
