I did 30 minutes on the stair master for 14 days straight and here are my results!
Spoiler alert: I lost nearly 5 lbs (with little to no diet change)
This was a fun challenge to do and I loved holding myself accountable to stay consistent and reach my goals. I will be starting up another challenge soon. Let me get back to weight lifting first though 😅
