With this repair kit, you can restore your original oil filler tube. The filler tube should depressurise the sump very well, pressure in the crankcase often causes oil leaks on a 2CV. You open your oil filler tube by filing off the seam. The filler pipe can then be cleaned from the inside, the new rubbers are then placed. The filler tube is sealed using the supplied aluminum ring. The parts of this repair kit were developed for an original oil fillter neck, when you fit it to an imitation filler neck some small modifications may need to be made to you oil filler. Don't forget to order the lower (paper) gasket and maybe a piece of 7,5mm fuel hose to connect the filler neck to the dip stick tube.
