The ULTIMATE Goan Choris Sausage Pulao Recipe | Easy Goan Sausage Pulao | Choris Maas

Ingredients
250 gms or 18-20 beads Chorizo (skinned or with skin on)
1 1/2 cup of Basmati Rice & 3 cups water(2 cup of water ratio for every 1 cup of rice )
2 Green Chillies
2 medium Onion finely sliced
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 big tomato finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Whole spices
2 bayleaf, 3 Cardamom, 2 cloves, 6 pepper and half inch Cinnamon.
Coriander for Garnish
