From the beginning of March, the echocardiogram report (Link below) showed that Coco's left and right sides of her heart were again enlarged to a crazy huge size, and has a 8 cm of pericardial effusion.
Due to the pulmonary hypertension caused by the heart disease, Coco could not sleep at all, even though the medication dose was raised again (See RX below), she was in dizziness and shortness in breath (overall breathe rate 55-75/min) all day long, also Coco will experience syncope more than 10 times a day.
Our vet has suggested we put Coco to sleep consider her overall condition.

RX (Early March 2021):
TID (Three times a day)
Benazepril 0.33mg/kg
Sildenafil 2.25 mg/kg
Pimobendan 0.45mg/kg
Spironolactone 0.33mg/kg
Furosemide 0.5mg/kg
