At April 2020, Coco had syncope for the first time, even though we have keep taking medication treatments, but she will continue to faint (syncope) about twice a week, this is another syncope occurs on 26th June 2020.
In June 2019, Coco was diagnosed as Heart Disease at B2 stage (according to ACVIM standard) with no psychical symptoms except of coughing, she has mitral valve degeneration, mitral regurgitation, tricuspid degeneration, tricuspid regurgitation, right heart dilation, and moderate pulmonary hypertension.
RX (June 2020):
BID (Twice a day)
Pimobendan 0.274 mg/kg
Viagra 0.5 mg/kg
