How should phlebotomists and other healthcare professionals protect themselves from Covid-19 when drawing blood samples? Our director has researched all the latest recommendations from the infection control community and the CDC and distilled them into this video. Emphasis is placed on fabric masks, surgical masks and N95 masks as well as proper disinfectants for cleaning surfaces and fabric masks. The narrator stresses the importance of knowing the difference between disinfecting bleach and splashless bleach.
