Hey Everyone,
For anyone struggling with shoulder, neck or mid-thoracic back pain, this is a great 20-minute workout to get you "unstuck", encouraging spinal mobility once again.
This video is a little taster of a new at-home, mat work Pilates course I've just released. It follows on from The Pilates Practice, and focuses on 20-minute daily workouts, 7 days a week. It's designed to target the entire body by the end of the week, but if you feel like focussing on a specific muscle group, that's possible too. Give it a try!
