Papdi Muthiya or Dana Muthiya is a traditional sabji from South Gujarat. This traditional sabji is a dry version which served with Jowar Rotla. In wedding style sabji it has gravy.

Ingredients:
500 Gram Papdi
2 Cups Water
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Sugar
For Muthiya:
1-1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
3/4 Cup Coarse Gram Flour
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Salt to Taste
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
To make sabji:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 tbsp Garlic
Cooked Papdi
1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Chilly Paste
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Green Garlic
