On Sunday June 4th 2023 I took part in the Worthing 10K just as time trial on my 16 week training plan.
Such an amazing time and atmosphere. I got to meet Tom from the @TheRunTesters which is a channel I love dearly.
The story of this vlog simply is why I love running. Shout to @paulmulks for keeping his word and finding me too. Thank you to the organisers and I will certainly return.
