@amberlynnfreakinreid is most likely the most iconic nutrition queen. She hates keto, as it's unhealthy, but then has cheap ramen for breakfast. Hot cheetos as a side, some sandwiches and pepperoni-cheese sticks are a new normal. I don't remember if I ever tried the salami snacks or not. I might have seen them in the store and thought about getting them but never did. I simply do not remember. That being said, I tried In-And-Out burger for the first time, i hate it ;( SO anyway in this video we looks a little closer at the nutrition throughout the day. We put everything she has showed us into cronometer. I am not trying to exaggerate anything, so I usually pick the lower value, or smaller portion. The best case scenario, if you will. It is absolutely surprising, that despite eating as many calories in a day as she did in that video, allegedly, she still did not hit a lot of the micro or macro nutrients. It is not uncommon for obese people to be malnourished.
