This Skip Johnson designed Seawing 24 was the last built by Ventura Multihull, and it features a wider beam with curved Aka beams, a bigger rig with double diamond rotating mast, and use of more foam and carbon in the construction to create an incredibly light, strong and fast demountable trimaran.
In future videos I will go into more detail about some of the unique design features of this boats various systems.
Skip was an Aeronautical Engineer, and this was his first production molded design and represents a culmination of his ideas from the previous multihulls he had designed and built.
Sadly only 3 of these boats were built before his passing.
