President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta Marcos continue their annual gift-giving program as they lead “Balik Sigla, Bigay Saya” at the Kalayaan Grounds in Malacañang on December 8, 2024.
Now in its third year, this program spearheaded by the Office of the President (OP) and the Social Secretary’s (SoSec) Office aims to bring joy to 30,000 children across the country aged 4 to 12 through gifts and special activities.
The simultaneous program takes place nationwide, with the main event in Malacañang and 17 local government units (LGUs) in Metro Manila, along with three (3) LGUs from the Visayas and Mindanao joining via an online platform.
Participants enjoy a day of games, entertainment and surprises with various performances and activities making the event special.
