Shoe making. Bolognese method 1. Making the insole. Making the pattern. Cutting. Nailing. Shank. Trimming.
We make shoes using the Bolognese method. The insole is only in the heel. There is no insole in the toe, so the structure is highly flexible.
We use two pieces of 3.5mm thick leather. The leather sandwiches an iron shank.

靴作り。ボロネーゼ製法 1. インソール作り。パターン作り。裁断。釘打ち。シャンク。トリミング。
ボロネーゼ製法の靴を作ります。インソールはかかと部分のみです。つま先には中底がないので屈曲性の高い構造です。
厚さ3.5mmの革を２枚使用しています。その革で鉄製のシャンクを挟んでいます。
以前の動画はズームを多用したために見ずらかったため、再編集しました。
