living alone diaries: slowly feeling like myself again and deep cleaning for my mental health

hey boos 🫶🏾,

here's to the start of a new month, getting back into a healthy routine amidst the transitions happening in life. this week in particular has been super up and down, but i'm happy i was able to find a silver lining and still make way for doing things that make me feel good.

my great grandmother's passing has me in such a reflective mood because she was the eldest in my family and the only one i could really connect with to learn more about my family history and lineage. if you're reading this and you still have the chance to connect with your great or great-great grandparents, i highly encourage you to do so.

on the brighter side, i'm really excited about my move to Atlanta. i can't believe it's happening. it feels really good to finally put my fear aside and no longer hold myself back for whatever reason. excited to bring you all along the journey!
